Review: Liquid Glam Lacquer Fancy Huh?

Hey girls!
My nails are getting even longer and the weather has been lovely lately which means better photos! So, today I have a really girly polish to show you and I absolutely love it! This was gifted to me by one of my amazing friends, Liz who lives in America :)

Here I've done 3 coats with one coat of Seche Vite on top. Isn't this polish just gorgeous! Before applying I stood this polish upside down over night just because most of the glitter sunk to the bottom, which happens to a lot of glitter polishes. It made application easy as pie and I had no problem with it.

I am so glad I got this polish, I already want more! If your interested in purchasing this polish or any other from Liquid Glam Lacquer, feel free to click here.

Review- Alanna Renee Cosmetics Hedwig, Lenny & Purple Addiction

Hey girls!
So I'm going to be posting Wednesday and Sunday from now on, today I am so excited to show you three polishes I received last week from Alanna. When they arrived I was shocked at how beautiful they were wrapped. Here they are..

First off we have Purple Addiction, it has purple square glitter and purple hex glitter in a beautiful purple base. It also has blue and subtle pink sparkles which I couldn't capture but they're defiantly there! For my swatch the photo is taken in direct sunlight and is three thin coats with one coat of Seche Vite on top. This polish was actually a little hard to apply, I think it was the squares.. Nothing to bad though.

Next is Lenny, it has red, orange & blue hex's in a white base. For my swatch the photo was taken in the shade and is three coats with one coat of Seche Vite on top. I found that the black dots were a little hard to get out and they stuck out a little but it's not very noticeable.

Lastly, this is Hedwig. It has white, black and yellow hex glitter, brown squares and white bar glitter. For my swatch the photo was taken in the shade and is three coats with one coat of Seche Vite. I think this polish, out of all the three was the easiest to apply.

Overall I am happy with the quality, application and drying time of all these polishes.  I can defiantly see myself wearing all three polishes again, if your interested in purchasing any of Renee's polishes you can click here

* Polishes were provided for review, this did not effect my opinion in any way. *

Review: Miss Ashleigh Baby's Got The Blues & Mardi Gra's

Hi girls!
Nail posts are finally back, yay. I haven't painted my nails in 7 days, yep a week! I can't believe I actually lasted that long, my nails are starting to get back on track but they still have a little bit more to go.

First up is ' Baby's Got The Blues ', a beautiful baby blue. This is just two coats without topcoat.
Application was pretty good, first coat is a little streaky but by the second it's perfect! Drying time is super quick. The only thing I don't like about this polish is it has a little bit of a funky smell, it's not overwhelming though.

On top of the gorgeous baby blue I added ' Mardi Gra's ' an awesome glitter topper. It has different coloured hexes in different sizes. I applied just one coat.

This polish is extremely dense so you have to really dab and place the glitters because if you don't, it turns out a mess. I put two coats of Seche Vite on top just because it was pretty lumpy with just one coat.

I love Ashleigh's polish and I actually have another one but I can't find it! - Ooops. If your interested in purchasing any polishes you can click here. Ashleigh also sells other things other then polish aswell so make sure you check that out :)

Nail Care in just 5 easy steps!

Hi girls,
Well today I have something different to show you all. Something we all have trouble with sometimes and one of the most important things to a nail artist, nail care! In just 5 easy steps. Why am I showing you this? I have had a little nail and cuticle problem from the past couple of days so I didn't want you all witnessing something horrible :')

You will need:
1: Base Coat
2: Orange Stick
3: Nail File
4: Hand Cream ( opt )
5: Cuticle Butter

Steps:
Start of by making sure you have clean nails with no left over polish on them. If they have gotten a little long, give them a little file making sure you file in one direction. I purchased my nail file for a couple dollars on Ebay for a pack of about 20.

I then apply my base coat which is Triple Power Nail Strengthener by Nutra Nail. I haven't really found a base coat that works for me quite yet so I just settle for this one or whichever one I have access to at that moment.

After my base coat is dry, I paint my nails however I like them and seal them with a top coat. If you aren't going to paint your nails a colour then you can just skip this step.

Once all that is done, you can apply your hand cream or cuticle oil just in case your hands/nails are dry. This is a a very important step as nobody wants yucky cuticles! They don't look nice in pictures and just in general.

Before going to bed, I always apply my Lemony Flutter made by Lush Cosmetics. It not only smells amazing, I wake up with really soft cuticles and they look 100% better.

That's it! Your done, sorry for such a boring post but I thought why not post it now while I had the chance. I hope you guys like the little tips and tricks and learning about my nail care routine. I do this every time I paint my nails, so get painting my lovelies!

Review: Bella Belle Nail Couture Bumble Bee

Hey girls!
Today I have yet another Bella Belle polish to show you. I love all Vicky's polish so much and it sucks so bad I only have 3, anyway here we go.

Bumble Bee has black matte glitter in different shapes and sizes and small holographic hexes all in a bright yellow base. Although this polish is meant to resemble a bumble bee -hence the name, this actually reminds me of the AFL team Richmond which I barrack for!

Here is 3 thin coats with just one coat of Seche Vite on top. Application was easy and I didn't have to do any fishing for glitters! Drying time was pretty quick too, roughly 5 minutes and I was able to touch it with no problems at all.

Once again, Vicky has impressed me with her polishes. Unfortunately this polish is now discontinued and you can no longer buy it :(. Don't worry though, Bella Belle has started an Etsy store and you can purchase all her products by clicking here or you can check out her Facebook page by clicking here

Review- The Hungry Asian Mint Condition

Hi girls,

Today I have a polish today to show you that is special to me because it is a squashed lemming and was sent to me by surprise from IG: hammerednails !

Mint Condition has a minty green base with blue, purple, red and black hex glitter. Here I have 3 coats with 1 coat of Seche Vite.

Drying time and application was easy as pie, the only thing I didn't like about this polish is that the base is too opaque to show the glitters underneath. I do love this polish though, if you are interested in buying this polish click here.
